Immunizations

Immunizations can protect you and your children from preventable diseases including chicken pox, measles, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough).  Many of these diseases that are thought to be childhood illnesses can have long-lasting health effects that can be disabling or even cause death.

We want you to be informed about the recommendations for childhood and adult immunizations.  The section below shows you the current Center for Disease Control (CDC) schedules for child and teenage immunizations.  Talk to your doctor about what immunizations your child needs and any of your concerns or questions.
